The stunning views from the hotel were breathtaking.

Unfortunately, my experience was marred by several issues. We faced significant delays with room service, which took an unusually long time and left us hungry. Additionally, the dining options were lackluster. my husband's dinner was disappointing and unappetizing, which was a letdown given the prices. It’s frustrating to think that with so much potential, the service and dining experiences fell short.

The staff's overwhelming kindness truly brightened our stay, and discovering Madiba as the hidden gem for dining was a fantastic highlight of our trip.

The hotel is a hidden gem with spacious accommodations. The delightful surprise was a complimentary breakfast featuring homemade pastries. The staff truly went above and beyond, making us feel welcome.

The beachfront and private pool made my stay feel exclusive. I loved discovering the serene spa offerings that enhanced relaxation, and the variety of cocktails by the pool was a sweet bonus! Amazing hotel on an amazing island. Resort was almost private, which my family really enjoyed.

Just an ideal choice for a city break in Portsmouth with value for money. The spacious Premium King Room offered breathtaking views that made each morning special. Plan ahead for dining options as there’s not much nearby.

Soaking in there while gazing at the sea was incredible. The gardens around the property added to the ambiance. each corner was picturesque. However, the service hit a few snags. Room service took ages, and twice the food arrived cold. There was also a frustrating delay upon arrival. I waited too long to complete the necessary paperwork, especially after a long travel day. Another downside was the dining hours. After arriving late, I learned that the kitchen was already closed for sit-down meals. The in-room dining was also restricted, and it felt disorganized. Even though the property was exceptional, improvements in service efficiency could enhance the experience.
